	REALTOR© The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a Las Cruces real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
	Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR© The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to Las Cruces real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
	Council of Residential Specialists The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, there are nearly 36,000 active CRS Designees.

	Multiple Listing Service Homes stands for "Multiple Listing Service," which is a computerized database of virtually all of the homes for sale in a specific area. When a Realtor lists a property for sale, they pay a fee to list that home in the Homes system. The Homes is the No. 1 resource used by buyers (through their agents) to locate homes. Realtors use the Homes system on a daily basis usually as their only source of Las Cruces real estate availability.
