As a military family, we often have to complete real estate transactions virtually which forces use to rely on agents heavily and, as you can imagine, trust is vital. Evelyn and Ron were awesome at making us feel comfortable as we purchased our next home in Las Cruces. What helped is that these agents live in the area and can give you real time information about the real estate markets in Las Cruces, especially areas with great schools. Without question, Evelyn gave us tours of multiple properties and provided us with her honest opinion, which was helpful and on point. We are lucky to have found them. As I mentioned in these type transactions, trust is important and this real estate duo really did a nice job of gaining our trust and keeping us informed. I never felt surprised about the next steps.
