Evelyn and Ron Bruder have been excellent realtors to work with. As we considered the move to Las Cruces over several months Evelyn took time on numerous occasions to show us homes on the market in various communities. Her knowledge of the city and all aspects of the process is extensive. When we found a home under construction that we liked, Evelyn happened to be on vacation out of town, but not to worry. Ron Bruder stepped in and asked all the right questions of the builder and got us the upgrades we wanted. When Evelyn returned from vacation she took over and kept the closing procedure moving on time. The Bruders are friendly and easy to work with for their clients and advocate for you when needed. We heartily recommend them when either buying or selling property.

My husband and I have dreamed for many years of retiring from Indiana to the southwest. After talking with a friend who retired to Las Cruces we decided to go for it. In expert time-sensitive overall accomplishment as well as details of graciousness, the Bruder Team --- benefiting immeasurably from Evelyn Bruder's 36 years of experience --- far exceeded our expectations for excellence in our recent move from the eastern U.S. to Las Cruces, NM.

Using their in-depth knowledge of the Las Cruces market and neighborhoods matched to our needs and preferences in housing, Evelyn Bruder and Ron Bruder hand-picked a robust sampling of listings and, after video tours by Ron who took the lead in the transaction, we were under contract.

Due to a recent lengthy hospitalization in the family, traveling to Las Cruces was infeasible so the Bruder Team handled matters for us long distance by combining modern communication technology with good old-fashioned telephone responsiveness.

The timing for our move was tight, and whenever we needed speed, Ron was available by phone immediately to take the laboring oar on getting people together to sign documents with expedition and do whatever was required. With Ron’s help we negotiated some repair funds against purchase price after home inspection. Then we closed on time on a home that truly suits our situation now.

After closing, before we were in Las Cruces the Bruder Team (kudos also to gifted assistant Leann) helped us get our utilities turned on and facilitated a repair so that electrical breakers would be working at 100% wherever our interstate movers might need access four days post-closing.

On move-in day in Las Cruces, Ron was ready to meet the movers and truck even if we’d had an unexpected delay in transport. (We didn’t.) Ron met us (and the movers) in the early morning at the house with keys and garage openers; even the graciousness of a housewarming gift from the Bruder Team.

The Bruders: Lovely people, and so accomplished in their field as well.

In a lifetime of many moves cross-country and abroad (beginning as a U.S. Navy pilot’s kid, continuing with a multi-state career), never have I experienced real estate professionalism as amazing as the Bruder Team’s for buying a house long-distance with relocation services for the purchase transaction.

If I could give the Bruder Team a rating of a million stars, they’d have them!

OUTSTANDING!!! Looking for a Realtor? We we're after our home was engulfed by a California wildfire. Knowing nothing about Las Cruces other than what we read, we decided to explore buying a home there. After one Realtor failure, we we're fortunate to work with the Bruder Real Estate team of Evelyn and Ron Bruder. Their reviews and accolades proved to be accurate and truthful. Lifelong residents of Las Cruces added the elements of history, development and insight. It's difficult to summarize our entire experience with Evelyn and Ron in a few words but the support and knowledge we gained proved instrumental in our decision to buy a home in Las Cruces. Working primarily with Ron, our expectations of what the services of a quality Realtor could provide increased ten-fold. We now have a new gold-standard for a Realtor.
